Our bones are from Angus or Angus/Crossed Herford cattle that are 29 months old or younger. A USDA requirement for Prime beef. All of our bone products come from our plant here in Omaha. We slow roast our bones at a low temperature of 210 degrees for 30-36 hours and then spray a light mist of Liquid Charcoal smoke to give our products a golden brown look your dog will love. Each piece is hand trimmed.
